What You'll Do
  1. Process alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally in stressful situations
  2. Dispatch the proper authorities, verify help is on the way, and notify subscribers
  3. Accurately document all responses for alarms on the computer
  4. Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience providing excellent customer service preferred
  • Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal record check
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada and reside in Canada
