Customer Service Agent (Digital Enrolment Agent)

Role : Support our customers via video conference in the configuration of their online banking solution.

Status : Temporary / Contractual

Duration : August

  • 2025 to mid-November 2025
  • Please note there are 2 starting dates : 1st group will be starting on August 4th; 2nd group will be starting on August 25th

Full-time : 37.5 hours / week

  • Variable schedule, while the team must cover the time slot from 8 AM to 8 PM as a group.
  • No vacation for the duration of the contract.

Special Feature : 100% face-to-face.

Location : Head Office (800 Saint-Jacques, Montreal)

Your job :

A career as a Digital Enrolment Agent in the Digital Enrolment Integration Project team means acting as an expert with our clients in the configuration of their online banking interface. It means participating in video conference calls and guiding our customers step by step in the configuration of their platform. It means being a facilitator for our clients in the important step of migration to our Bank, and an agent of positive change during this important step.

Expertise : Helping our clients better understand the language of finance and set up the ideal platform based on their business reality.

Objectives :

To match all scheduled calls to the agent’s agenda,

to respect the duration of calls

to ensure a 5-star escort experience to customers

Your team :

As part of the migration project between two financial institutions, you will be part of a temporary team and report to the Team Leader – Digital Membership. Our team stands out for its customer focus, its focus on delivering a high-quality experience / support, and our ability to evolve through uncertainty and change.

Prerequisite :

Impeccable English required to deal with clients located in Western Canada.

Interest in customer service.

Valid work permit in Canada.
