Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this Customer Service Manager role include:
  1. Taking and processing orders for pick-up or delivery
  2. Constant communication with carriers to offer real-time order tracking to customers
  3. Handling daily calls and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.
  4. Meet and exceed customer expectations in accordance with policies, practices and procedures.
  5. Respond promptly to customer or carrier complaints with appropriate follow-up, including escalation as required.
  6. Responsible for monitoring carrier performance and identifying patterns of optimization potential.
  7. Follow-up and update files in SAP software.
  8. Collaborate with sales team, logistics team, carriers and customers.

Qualifications
What you need to be successful in this role:
  1. One to three years' experience in customer service or direct sales positions.
  2. Proficiency in a B2B industry, dealing primarily over the phone
  3. Strong computer skills, including SAP suite offerings
  4. Bilingualism is mandatory for this role, as the representative is responsible for customers outside Quebec
  5. Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  6. The candidate must have an acute sense of time management, autonomy and ability to work as part of a team
