Responsibilities:

This role involves helping people and making a positive impact by acting as a trusted advisor. Daily tasks include:

  • Providing telephone support for our payroll application and related modules
  • Guiding clients on payroll legislation and regulations
  • Following up and resolving client cases within service level agreements
  • Sharing knowledge with teammates
  • Documenting issues encountered to improve training
Qualifications:
  • Professional or college diploma in administration, accounting, human resources, or relevant experience
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a call center (asset)
  • Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Knowledge of payroll systems (Nethris application)
  • Training or certification in payroll principles (asset)

Bilingualism in French and English is required due to interaction with national and global clients.
