The Customer Service Administrator provides administrative, customer service, and operational support to ensure efficient warehouse and retail operations. This position supports inventory control, member or customer inquiries, scheduling, documentation, and coordination between the warehouse floor and office functions. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail warehouse environment.
