As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our CARIS team! The Customer Service Administrator supports software licensing operations and provides administrative support. This role is responsible for assisting with processing software licenses, maintaining customer records, assisting with coordination of licensing renewals, and assisting with basic licensing inquiries. The position also provides general office administration support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
