Daily Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all aspects of sales, customer service, and client relations from start to finish.
  2. Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers.
  3. Create and execute marketing and sales strategies to boost brand visibility and increase product sales.
  4. Present and demonstrate products and services to customers.
  5. Engage with customers, address inquiries, and actively listen to provide tailored solutions.
  6. Participate in daily meetings to stay updated on the latest products, services, and pricing.
  7. Provide outstanding customer service, drive sales, and meet sales targets.
  8. Represent the client with passion and expertise, ensuring a positive and lasting brand experience.

Key Requirements:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in Sales Support, Hospitality, or Customer Service is an asset.
  2. Proficiency in English is a must.
  3. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. A friendly, energetic personality with a customer-first approach.
  6. Ability to perform well under pressure and address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
