A leading organic skincare company is seeking a Customer & Sales Analyst in Vancouver. The role involves generating reports to assist the sales team while utilizing advanced Excel skills. Candidates should have experience in customer service and analytical skills, along with familiarity in CRM software. As the Customer & Sales Analyst, you are responsible for maintaining reports with sales results and Customer trends, primarily using Excel. The focus of these reports includes, but is not limited to, analysis of sales trends by product, Customer, and territory, specifically product returns, annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, and sales incentive programs. You will also be assisting the team in running and developing sales and Customer reporting for multiple departments. In this role, you will report directly to the Customer & Sales Analyst Lead.
