We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer engagement, and the ability to drive sales through promotional efforts. As a Customer Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and promoting our products and services to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions.
  2. Drive sales by presenting and promoting our promotional products and services to potential and existing customers.
  3. Cultivate relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
  5. Collaborate with the Management team to schedule and participate in promotional events and campaigns.
  6. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management team.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.

Qualifications:
