Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Ottawa, Ontario is hiring to help customers return rental cars and ensure smooth processing at the counter.

You will greet customers, collect keys, record mileage and gas levels, note any damage, and enter details into our system, while delivering friendly service. This role includes paid training, benefits, and opportunities within our global mobility brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of retail customer service experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service mindset.
• Willingness to work outdoors and across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental car returns—greet customers, secure keys, log mileage and fuel, note any damage, and check cars into the computer system.
