Job summary

Avis Budget Group International is hiring at Ottawa for a courteous team member to assist customers with the return process at our rental locations. You will greet customers, secure keys, and record mileage, gas, and any vehicle damage while updating our computer system with accurate information.

This role involves standing outdoors and interacting with customers across shifts. Prior retail experience is a bonus; on-the-job training is provided, including safety and procedural standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• 6 months retail customer service experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with the return of rental cars.
• Secure keys, record mileage, gas levels and any damages.
• Check vehicles into the computer system and update records.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the process.

What You’ll Do:

You will help customers in the return of their rental cars. This includes meeting and greeting customers, securing keys, recording mileage, gas levels, and damage to our cars and checking our cars into our computer system while providing excellent customer service.

Pay Rate - $17.75/hr
