A leading international logistics company in Toronto is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Representative. The role involves providing accurate information and assistance to customers, performing necessary administrative duties, and promoting sales opportunities. Candidates should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to handle physical demands, and knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations is preferred. This temporary position lasts up to 12 weeks, with flexible start times.
This is an interview position. To provide accurate information and assistance to customers requiring direct customer interface. To perform administrative duties necessary for efficient operations. Promotes continued sales and generating potential incremental revenue wherever possible.

Additional Details: Seasonal CSR Positions (4) - Tues - Sat - Start times: 9 AM, 10 AM, 4 PM, or 4:30 PM. Approximately 5 hours per shift. This is a temporary position for up to 12 weeks based on business and operational needs. Will be unposted on Sept 30th.
