A leading logistics company seeks an interview position responsible for customer assistance and administrative operations. The role demands strong communication and problem-solving skills, with additional preference for knowledge of Canadian Customs and FedEx services. Bilingual candidates residing in Quebec are preferred. Candidates will also undertake mandatory training and work in a high-pressure environment.
This is an interview position.
To provide accurate information and assistance to customers requiring direct customer interface. To perform administrative duties necessary for efficient operations. Promotes continued sales and generates potential incremental revenue wherever possible.
Schedule: 5 days a week, shift from 2-7:30 pm, including Saturdays, with a day off during the week.

Candidates must be able to complete all mandatory training, operate in a PC Windows environment, and maintain required certifications. For candidates residing in Quebec, bilingualism (French and English) is required. Drivers must hold a valid license with minimal violations in the past 24 months. Selection will consider driver record, interview performance, and assessments.
