Job summary

A leading logistics company seeks an interview position responsible for customer assistance and administrative operations. Job description

This is an interview position.

To provide accurate information and assistance to customers requiring direct customer interface. To perform administrative duties necessary for efficient operations. Promotes continued sales and generates potential incremental revenue wherever possible.

Schedule: 5 days a week, shift from 2-7:30 pm, including Saturdays, with a day off during the week.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • High school diploma/equivalent; college diploma preferred.
  • Knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations preferred.
  • Knowledge of FedEx Express and Ground products and services preferred.
  • Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrency training.
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
  • Ability to complete mandatory testing and training thresholds.
  • Proficiency in operating in a PC Windows environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle stress and work in a highly pressured, monitored, and changing environment.
