Job Description

This is an interview position focused on providing accurate information and assistance to customers requiring direct customer interface. The role involves performing administrative duties necessary for efficient operations, promoting continued sales, and generating potential incremental revenue where possible.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college diploma preferred.
  • Knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations and FedEx Express and Ground products and services is preferred.
  • Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrency training.
  • Physical ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
  • Capability to complete and meet minimum thresholds on mandatory testing and training.
  • Proficiency in operating in a PC Windows environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle stress and work effectively in a highly pressured, monitored, and changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
