Husky TechnologiesTM, a company with a strong foundation built on innovation, close customer relationships, a strong sense of community, and a unique culture and values, is looking for a Customer Program Manager with an engineering background. You will act as the technical liaison for clients with service contracts, overseeing the contract lifecycle from planning to sustainment, ensuring all contractual commitments including KPIs are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the contract planning process, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing management to meet KPIs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain contract commitments.
  3. Manage all contract-related activities, ensuring timely completion and efficient execution.
  4. Document and define all services included in the contract, ensuring they are scheduled and recorded properly.
  5. Oversee customer expectations to align with contract objectives, ensuring satisfaction and managing renewals.
  6. Plan and schedule contract milestones and be accountable for their delivery.
  7. Generate and present progress reports and contract documentation internally and to customers.
  8. Coordinate activities related to contract implementation and act as the primary contact for internal teams and customers.
  9. Lead weekly calls with customers to manage relationships and escalate issues as necessary.
  10. Schedule upcoming work with Field Service teams for seamless completion.
Qualifications
  1. Experience in a preform or plastics manufacturing environment with understanding of operational KPIs.
  2. A Post-Secondary Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent, with 3-5 years' experience in operations or technical project management.
  3. Proven project management and engineering experience, capable of technical discussions and problem-solving with customers.
  4. Expertise in injection molding technology and applications (e.g., PET, Thin wall, Closures, Multilayer).
  5. Customer-focused with excellent communication skills, capable of delivering technical reports and resolving issues with internal teams.
  6. Strong organizational, negotiation, and project management skills, proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel (Pivot Table, Data Model), PowerBI, and SharePoint.
  7. Knowledge of Service and customer issue resolution, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, BaanLN), and the 8D methodology.
  8. Sales-oriented with the ability to assess business requirements and a mindset for continuous improvement.
