Canada Life in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a Customer Processing Representative to provide administrative support for Group Retirement Plans including RRSPs, RPPs and DPSPs. You will work with the Group Retirement Services team to learn GPAS and adhere to established processes.
You will manage contributions, member applications, transfers, and disclosures with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely processing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication are essential.

Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Customer Processing Representative provides administrative support for Group Retirement Plans, including RRSPs, RPPs, DPSPs, and non-registered products. You will partner closely with a Group Retirement Services Customer Service Specialist to support daily caseload administration.
You will be required to learn and use the Group Pension Administration System (GPAS) and follow established Group Retirement Services (GRS) processes.
The base salary for this position is between $39,100 - $52,800 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
