Job description

Henry Schein One (HSOne) is the global leader in dental management, analytics, communication and marketing software. We deliver innovative dental software and services, combined with expert business coaching, to help connect dental technology so it works as one. When technology connects, more data is shared, more tasks are automated, and more work gets done. Most importantly, dental professionals have more time to focus on providing a quality experience for their patients. In fact, one connected practice management system simplifies each step of the patient experience - from first contact and scheduling to clinical treatment and billing, to ensuring loyalty and recurring care.

How you’ll make an impact:

As a New Client Onboarding Coordinator, you will be critical in guiding our new customers through their onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth transition onto our software platforms. You will be the main point of contact for new customers and will be responsible for scheduling onboarding activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and arranging all required documentation. You will manage the end-to-end onboarding process and ensure the customer experience is as effortless as possible for our customers.

This is a hybrid role, with two days in office, to facilitate brainstorming and team building. Our office is located across from Guildford Mall, in Surrey, BC.

What you’ll do:

  1. Act as the main point of contact for customers through the onboarding process, from post-sale to go-live date.
  2. Conduct kick-off calls with key stakeholders such as Practice Managers, Office Managers, Dentists, and manage customer expectations.
  3. Monitor and manage simultaneous onboarding projects, adjusting where necessary to minimize issues and ensure key milestones are being achieved.
  4. Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional resources such as Installs, Conversion, and Training consultants.
  5. Coordinate internal handoffs and responsibilities to minimize customer touchpoints and remove duplication of effort.
  6. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, suggesting new ways of working that reduce the friction from customer onboarding.
  7. Take ownership of the outcome, which is a successful customer onboarding, regardless of area of responsibility – i.e. we do what it takes to make sure everything just works and the customer is set up for success.

What you’ll bring with you:

  1. 2-5 years of program and project delivery experience.
  2. Strong attention to detail.
  3. Curiosity and growth mindset.
  4. Innovative thinking with the ability to find creative solutions.
  5. Excellent time management skills and the ability to jump between tasks.
  6. Strong decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
  7. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment.

Our Recruiting Process:
We try to make our process as simple as possible while still giving us opportunities to learn about each other.

  1. Intro/screening call.
  2. Short online behavioural and cognitive assessment.
  3. Interview with Hiring Manager.
  4. Panel Interview.

Compensation & Benefits:
The posted range for this position is between $70,000 CAD - $78,000 CAD which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient and experienced in the role.
