Do you love solving complex problems, diving into customer behavior, and turning insights into action? We’re looking for a Customer Insights & Innovation Analyst who is equal parts curious, analytical, and people-savvy—someone who thrives in customer environments and is passionate about uncovering ideas that shape the future of products.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that blends user research, financial modeling, and collaboration with engineers to drive new product development from concept to viability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting primary and secondary research to uncover market, customer, and product insights.
  • Immersing yourself in customer environments—observing, interviewing, and building relationships.
  • Conducting workflow studies and task analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and process improvements.
  • Building detailed ROI and feasibility models to support business case development.
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to test early-stage product concepts and capture user feedback.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and analyzing market trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
  • Development of product requirements by translating customer needs and insights into actionable feature concepts.
  • Producing clear, engaging internal communications such as industry newsletters and trend summaries.
  • Managing multiple research projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related discipline, with 3–5 years of experience in marketing research, preferably with a focus on product innovation or consumer goods. A combination of education and experience will be evaluated.

Preferred assets include: experience in product development or technical industries, familiarity with AI or research tools, and a background working with engineering or R&D teams.

The successful candidate is a curious, solutions-oriented thinker with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. They are comfortable conducting field research, building financial models, and translating customer insights into actionable recommendations. Technically literate, they collaborate effectively with engineers and can interpret complex data. This person is a clear communicator, both written and verbal, and is highly organized, self-directed, and proactive in managing multiple projects.
