Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited in Canada is recruiting Store Team Members to help ensure a positive in-store shopping experience. You will stock shelves, assist customers, and support promotions while maintaining safety and cleanliness across the department.

No previous experience is required; comprehensive training is provided to set you up for success. This is a unionized role with shift flexibility including weekends.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay mobile throughout shifts.
• 18 years of age or older with background check as part of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service and stock shelves to meet customer needs.
• Maintain displays and ensure product availability and visibility.
• Scan products accurately and assist with inventory and ordering.
• Support promotions and programs as directed by store leadership.
• Keep the department clean and safe for customers and colleagues.
