Loblaw Companies Limited’s Maxi stores invite you to join as a Store Team Member across Canada. You will help create a positive in-store experience by keeping shelves stocked, assisting customers, and maintaining attractive displays.

Training is provided, making this a great entry point into retail with room to grow within a unionized environment. Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends is expected, with the ability to move up to 50 lbs and stay mobile during shifts.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by stocking shelves and responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays meeting company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs; assist with ordering
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
