Job summary

No Frills in Ontario is hiring Store Team Members to provide excellent customer service, stock shelves, and help create a positive in-store experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment, learn products, and support promotions as needed.

No experience is required—training is provided. Flexible hours including days, evenings and weekends, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This unionized role offers starting wages of $17.60–$18.45 per hour.

Qualifications

• Candidates who are 18 years or older are required to complete a criminal background check.
• Good news! No previous experience is required. We provide training to set you up for success.
• Flexibility to work a variety hours which may include days, evenings, and weekends.
• Able to move up to 50lbs and be in constant mobility for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
