Job summary

No Frills in Canada is seeking Store Team Members to deliver excellent customer service and keep the store stocked and ready to meet customer needs. You will help customers, maintain displays, and assist with inventory and promotions, while following health and safety guidelines.

Prior experience is not required; All training is provided. This role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move around the store.
• Flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and respond to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
• Setup company-promoted promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
