Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Provide friendly, professional service by greeting customers and helping with product selection.
• Promote products and services and assist customers with locating merchandise.
• Resolve or refer customer concerns as needed.
• Cover sales floor areas and assist with front end coverage.
• Zone assigned areas to maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
• Move feature merchandise to its modular location and process recovery merchandise.
• Stock merchandise and complete downstocking; set modulars including new shelf caps.
• Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by following policies and completing safety checks.
• Be open to shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
