Job summary

Goodness-Me in Hamilton, Ontario, is seeking a front-of-house team member to greet customers, assist with menu questions, and process transactions at the Good Kitchen counter. You will ensure a positive, memorable experience for every guest while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

You will scan items, manage orders, and help with packaging and presentation. Prior experience in retail or food service is a plus, and morning to closing shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate.
• Take and prepare orders at the Good Kitchen front counter, including fresh food and beverage items.
• Assist customers with menu questions and provide product recommendations.
• Package and hand off prepared foods while ensuring quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain clean and organized checkout and Good Kitchen counter areas.
• Handle merchandise returns and exchanges.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide helpful information about products and services.
