Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers.
• Maintain neat, organized checkout area.
• Greet customers with a warm demeanor.
• Scan or enter product data accurately.
• Accurately handle cash, coupons, lottery and PC Optimum.
• Ask for PC Optimum card during each transaction.
• Document receipts and returns properly on checkout.
• Merchandise and maintain designated areas (signage, labeling).
• Follow loss prevention standards and manage cash/lottery/inventory.
• Present a professional image per Uniform Policy and Dress Code.
