Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Process all purchase transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote company sponsor programs, e.g., credit card services and charity initiatives.
• Assist customers with bagging and loading of merchandise.
• Maintain safe work practices and a clean work area.
• Ensure register security and cash handling accuracy in line with policies.
• Refer complex service items to a Customer Service Manager as needed.
