Walmart Canada is seeking a Cashier to deliver outstanding customer service at the checkout, process purchases efficiently, and help protect company assets. You will engage with customers, promote store programs, and assist with bagging while maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

This role starts at a minimum hourly rate of $18.10, with a focus on accuracy, attentiveness, and teamwork in a busy retail environment at the Wallaceburg location.

Qualificações

• Customer service focus and friendly communication when greeting customers.
• Accurate handling of transactions and cash with attention to store policies.
• Ability to promote store programs and assist customers with bagging and loading.

Responsabilidades

• Greets all customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Processes all purchase transactions efficiently, including deactivation of merchandise per EAS.
• Promotes sponsor programs such as credit card service and charity initiatives.
• Assists customers with bagging and loading of merchandise.
• Maintains safe work practices and a clean work area.
• Keeps register security through diligent cash handling and policy adherence.
• Directs relevant items to a Customer Service Manager when needed.
