Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a customer service oriented associate to maintain a smooth checkout area and provide an excellent shopping experience. You will greet customers, scan products, process cash and PC Optimum transactions, and ensure receipts are properly documented.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and adherence to store policies. You will support merchandising, loss prevention, and general store duties while upholding health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers.
• Maintain a neat and organized checkout area.
• Greet customers with a warm demeanor.
• Accurately scan or enter product data.
• Accurately handle cash, coupons, lottery, and PC Optimum transactions.
• Ask for PC Optimum card during each transaction.
• Maintain documentation for receipts and returns.
• Merchandize designated areas and signage.
• Follow loss prevention standards and manage cash and inventory.
• Present a professional image per policy and dress code.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and store procedures.
