Trail Appliances is seeking an Office Administrator for its Kelowna showroom, joining a fast-growing team in Western Canada. The role is 50% customer-facing and 50% administrative, with 6-month full-time contract and weekend shifts. You will handle inquiries, payments, banking deposits, and clerical tasks in a process-driven environment, requiring excellent communication.

• Experience in administrative/customer service role.
• Fast and accurate data entry with ability to multi-task.
• Experience managing customer conflict and escalation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work weekends when needed.
