We’re seeking a driven, solution-focused, and people-oriented Supervisor, Customer Operations to help lead our dynamic Customer Experience team.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the Customer Experience department, including staffing, scheduling, and service execution.
  • Supervise and coach a diverse team, fostering high performance and continuous growth.
  • Resolve complex customer service issues with a calm, confident, and professional approach.
  • Collaborate across departments (Service, Dispatch, Warehouse) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor performance metrics, vehicle schedules, job readiness, and team efficiency.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training for customer-facing staff.
  • Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation within your team.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of customer service experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience leading diverse teams in fast - paced environments ( manufacturing, construction, or field service is a strong asset).
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems with urgency and care.
  • A customer-first mindset with excellent negotiation and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented, problem-solving approach.
  • Willingness to travel and a passion for building lasting partnerships.
