Job summary

Purolator Inc. in Kelowna is hiring for a Customer Service Associate to support customers by phone and in person at the retail center. You will help resolve inquiries, process shipments, and build relationships with customers and internal partners.

The role requires 3–12 months of customer service/retail experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. You will work Monday–Friday with varied shifts and thrive in a safety‑focused team environment.

Qualifications

• 3–12 months customer service experience preferred.
• 3–12 months retail experience preferred.
• 3–12 months POS/technology usage experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional communication with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Communicating in a positive manner with Head Office, local management, Drivers, warehousing staff, account managers and other Corporate partners orally and in writing.
