Leon's Furniture in Guelph, ON is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Full-Time Hourly) to provide timely, accurate support across phone, email, and chat. This role emphasizes problem solving and a proactive approach to customer needs in a dynamic retail environment.

You will resolve inquiries, process orders, and maintain detailed records using CRM software and Microsoft Office. A flexible schedule including evenings or weekends supports our Canadian retail operations.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer proficiency including CRM software and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining cause, and providing solutions.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the company database.
• Collaborate with other departments to elevate and resolve complex issues promptly.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Continuously update knowledge of company policies and procedures to provide accurate information.
