Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Experience Specialist located in Burlington, ON. The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our homeowners, addressing inquiries and concerns, coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
