Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Experience Specialist located in Burlington, ON. The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our homeowners, addressing inquiries and concerns, coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions. The role also involves managing customer records, scheduling service appointments, and supporting the sales team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in customer service and support
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
  • Experience in the homebuilding industry is an asset
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and customer management software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is preferred
