Job Description

You will help cultivate an environment that promotes authentic employee and customer experiences, guided by our culture and mission of adding joy. You will model the Indigo Beliefs by being authentic, seeking inspiration, understanding your audience, and connecting with customers through storytelling to strengthen our brand.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail preferred but not required
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
  • Commitment to excellent employee and customer experiences
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds safely
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights, and early mornings
  • Bilingualism (French/English) required in Québec; other languages are assets
