Job Description

You will help cultivate an environment that promotes authentic employee and customer experiences, guided by our culture and mission of adding joy. • Curate specific product collections for each customer
• Ensure visual standards are maintained

• Own your development and provide ongoing feedback

Qualifications

• Experience in retail preferred but not required
• Adaptability, flexibility, and eagerness to learn
• Commitment to creating exceptional experiences
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds safely
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and early mornings if needed
• Bilingualism (French/English) required in Québec; other languages are assets
