Job summary

Rentokil Terminix is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues with speed and professionalism. The role emphasizes strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to promote services.

The position requires at least one year of call centre experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a willingness to work 8 am–5 pm EST in Burlington, Ontario. Training is provided, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a call centre role answering phone calls and emails.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and other applicable computer programs.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.
• High school diploma – college preferred.
• Will undergo a criminal background check.
• Will wear a headset, input data and sit for long periods.

Target Specialty Products (TSP) is a leading North American distributor of turfgrass & landscape maintenance products. We service both the private & public sectors of golf course maintenance, lawn care and sports turf maintenance from warehouses strategically located in BC, AB, ON and QC. We have 15 technical sales reps providing Canada-wide consultation & solution-sales of nutrition, turf chemistry, seed, and specialty product. In total TSP has 80+ turf sales reps across Canada & USA from 40+ conveniently located branch locations. TSP is headquartered in Santa Fe Springs, California which also services Forestry.

Salary: $18-$21/Hr.

Work hours: 8 am - 5 pm EST

The duties and responsibilities of the Customer Experience Representative include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Maintaining strong customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
• Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls, completing web forms and responding to emails
• Entering and processing orders for new and existing customers
• Investigating issues and resolving customer complaints
• Updating and managing customer databases
• Actively promoting Terminix products and services
• Monitoring the route and status of field technicians to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
• Relaying work orders, messages, and information to and from technicians and field management
• Constantly improving results by adhering to a philosophy of service excellence, and following business processes
• Providing an outstanding customer experience to all customers
• Available to work as required based on customer needs
• Performing other duties
