Job Details

Location: Store - TOR-WOODBRIDGE, ON

Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations, leading omnichannel processes, maintaining store recovery standards, and providing friendly customer service.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist Store Manager in ensuring compliance with SOPs, company policies, and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
  2. Ensure adherence to front-end policies; meet KPIs; manage team performance.
  3. Plan and execute in-store events and classes.
  4. Lead omnichannel initiatives.
  5. Manage shrink and safety programs.
  6. Assist with cash reconciliation, inventory processes, and onboarding new team members.
  7. Train, coach, and develop the customer experience team; participate in performance management.
  8. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
  9. Interact positively with customers, assist with locating products, and provide solutions.
  10. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and cross-training in custom framing.
  11. Lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions where applicable.
Qualifications & Skills

Retail management experience preferred. Ability to stand long periods, move throughout the store, lift heavy items, and work nights, weekends, and early mornings. Ability to communicate effectively and promote a positive environment.
