Responsibilities

• Delivers friendly, fast, and professional service to every customer entering and exiting the store, creating a positive first and last impression.
• Helps keep the store safe by identifying suspicious activity and supporting Loss Prevention and Code ADAM guidelines.
• Responds to EAS alarms politely and completes required logs accurately.
• Assists customers with shopping needs, provides directions, and collaborates with sales associates to locate products.
• Contributes to a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by following company policies and procedures.
• Maintains flexibility for a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
