We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our small but dynamic CX team. This role offers the opportunity to support our clients and provide valuable feedback to enhance their experience.

What you'll do as a CX Specialist
  1. Enhance client experience by assisting with onboarding, account openings, asset transfers, and deposit requests.
  2. Document insights from client interactions to improve product, support, and engineering teams.
  3. Manage customer communications, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  4. Contribute to the development of customer experience tools, processes, and policies.
This role could be a good fit if
  • You have 2+ years of experience in a client support role within financial services.
  • You possess excellent people skills and strive to delight customers.
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • You are technologically savvy and eager to build your skills.
Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience in a tech startup or financial services environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM software, Excel, or financial planning tools.
  • Fluency in French and English.
Our interview process includes:
  • A 30-minute introductory interview with HR.
  • A 45-minute meeting with the Director of Success & Manager of Client Experience & Support.
  • A 45-minute session with the team.
