In the role of Customer Experience Coordinator working in Toronto, ON, you will be part of the Commercial Operations team. The Customer Experience Coordinator will be responsible for bringing to life the Molson Coors Customer Service Charter—namely, conceptualizing and supporting strategies, tactics, and processes that enable Molson Coors to deliver best-in-class customer service to retailers who sell our products (our customers). They will be responsible for proactive and precise service-related communications to our frontline sales team and our customers. They will build, maintain, and track our progress on a customer service scorecard to hold Molson Coors accountable for being a first-choice supplier in the market.
This position reports to Sr Manager, Customer Operations, and works closely with Canadian Commercial Sales and Marketing teams.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Lead through influence: Influences and interacts regularly with stakeholders at all levels to understand and align on solutions that remove barriers for the commercial organization and our customers.
- Problem solving and project management: Quickly identifies issues impacting the customer experience and puts plans in place to solve them, balancing long- and short-term issues through prioritization.
- Customer service: Responsible for the communication flow of commercialization, owning the content and communication needed to successfully sell and support Molson Coors brands (which includes ensuring the sales teams have retail solutions that meet their needs and the needs of our customers).
- Go-to-market expert: Play an integral role in how our new products and innovations go from concept to on-shelf, namely responsible for meeting all regional and customer requirements for product launches.

- You have 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales and/or customer service working within a matrix organization (CPG or similar industry preferred).
- You have experience influencing at multiple levels within a matrix organization.
- You can complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with an understanding of business priorities.
- You know how to build cross-functional relationships and collaborate to achieve the best outcome for the business and the customer.
- You have a track record of delivering sales/retail service solutions for the business.
- You have had success as an influential voice within a business; you can rally support and drive positive change within established processes and systems.
- Project management, organizational skills, and high attention to detail are required in this role. Maintaining several timelines and collaborating with the Project Management Team are part of the day-to-day.
- French is an asset.

Pay and Benefits:
We are committed to fair and equitable pay. The total rewards package includes a salary range of $67,700 to $88,800, plus a 10% target short-term incentive, and approximately $11,000 on average spent on benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement with employer match, wellness incentives, and EAP. Paid time off includes holidays, vacation days, and sick days. The salary range is based on various factors including experience, skill set, and location.
