La Vie en Rose in Burlington is seeking a customer-focused team member for a permanent part-time role in our busy store. You’ll deliver friendly service, process transactions, and help customers find the perfect fit, while contributing to a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

You have previous customer service experience;
You are quick and methodical;
You listen to customers’ needs to provide exceptional customer service;
You’re good with numbers;
You’re open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods (depending on your availability);
You’re looking for a career that constantly offers new challenges;
You are functionally bilingual (an asset).

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and process transactions like a pro.
Suggest complementary products before processing the transaction.
Be careful and precise when handling transactions at the cash register.
Explain return policies to customers clearly.
Answer the phone in a professional manner.
Keep your work area clean and ensure you have what you need to work efficiently.
Follow policies and procedures of head office departments.
Perform other duties to support the team.
