Job Description:

Are you personable and capable of making customer interactions delightful? Can you accurately process financial transactions and provide excellent customer service? In This Role, You Will:

  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following procedures, regulations, and TD's ethical standards.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions, exercising discretion in confidential matters.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues as necessary.
  • Promote banking solutions and complete business processes accurately and promptly to meet goals.
  • Engage personally with customers, advising them clearly on banking processes and solutions.
  • Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting teamwork and participating in personal development.
  • Support team efforts by respecting colleagues, staying dedicated, and updating on routine activities.
  • Deliver high-quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet use.
  • Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in a calm and courteous manner.
