As a Customer Experience Associate, you are the face, character, and heart of our branches. Scotiabank prioritizes putting customers first and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Our Customer Experience Associates are people-centric and connect with customers in a relatable way. As an essential member of the Canadian banking branch network, your focus is to provide exceptional service throughout the customer journey by:

  1. Taking a proactive approach to discover customer needs and listening to understand their requests.
  2. Processing daily transactions.
  3. Nurturing long-standing relationships.
  4. Contributing to branch targets by identifying and fulfilling sales opportunities.
  5. Sharing your technical knowledge by introducing clients to mobile banking applications and helping them manage their banking needs.
