Job Description:

  • Process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following procedures and regulations.
  • Understand customer needs to recommend suitable solutions while handling confidential matters discreetly.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Achieve goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.
  • Engage personally with customers to advise on banking solutions clearly.
  • Contribute to a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment and participate in personal development.
  • Support team effectiveness through respectful communication and updates.
  • Deliver quality experiences and suggest operational improvements for excellence.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or 1+ years relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet use.
  • Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail to handle multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in a calm and courteous manner.
