About the role
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the face, character, and heart of our branches. At Scotiabank, we prioritize our customers' needs and aim to help them achieve their financial goals.
Our associates are people-centric, connecting with customers in a relatable manner. As a key member of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your focus will be to provide exceptional service throughout the customer journey by:
- Proactively discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requests
- Processing daily transactions
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships
- Contributing to branch targets by identifying and fulfilling sales opportunities
- Sharing your technological expertise by introducing clients to mobile banking applications and assisting them in managing their banking needs
