Our Customer Experience Associates are people-centric and connect with customers in a relatable way. As a vital part of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your focus will be to provide exceptional service throughout the customer journey by:

  1. Proactively discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requests
  2. Processing daily transactions
  3. Contributing to branch targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
  4. Sharing your technology expertise by introducing clients to mobile banking applications and assisting them in managing their banking needs
