Job Description

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the frontline of TD Bank, building lasting relationships with customers by performing a range of service transactions and providing advice on banking products and services. You will identify customer needs and promote suitable solutions, ensuring a positive banking experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following standard procedures and regulations.
  2. Understand customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions.
  3. Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
  4. Achieve sales and service goals by promoting banking solutions and completing transactions accurately and promptly.
  5. Engage personally with customers to provide clear and helpful advice.
  6. Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable team environment.
  7. Assist colleagues and stay informed about routine activities.
  8. Identify operational improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
