Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to standard procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.
  • Understand and assess customer needs to recommend suitable solutions, exercising discretion with confidential matters.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues as necessary.
  • Achieve goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.
  • Engage personally with customers to advise on banking solutions and procedures clearly.
  • Promote a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment, supporting team effectiveness and personal development.
  • Support team members by respecting colleagues, staying dedicated, and maintaining communication on routine activities.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements to enhance efficiency and excellence.
Minimum Requirements
  • High School diploma or 1+ years relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet use.
  • Proactive, accurate, detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with established customer service skills, able to connect with diverse individuals calmly and courteously.
