Job Description

Our Customer Experience Associates are an essential ingredient to the success of our leagues. They go above and beyond each and every day to provide exceptional customer service to our players. We are currently looking for responsible, reliable, and outgoing individuals to act as Customer Experience Associates for JAM!

Specifically

  • Retaining current players with exceptional customer service (via email, phone, live chat and in-person)
  • Selling of leagues and programs to individuals and captains
  • Executing of leagues/events, ensuring all games run smoothly and efficiently
  • Establishing a relationship with players and the community to support our growing brand
  • Assisting with equipment, part-time staff and end of season awards nights
  • Assisting with walk-in member traffic
  • Helping solve discipline and injury issues that may arise during game play
  • Engaging with players each and every shift to ensure they are having the best possible experience before, during, and after game
Qualifications

High Energy

  • Extremely upbeat and positive, with their own flair and personality!
  • Willingness to approach and chat with players and maintain these positive relationships.

  • Taking care of the little details first makes putting on a big show easy!
  • Must have incredible attention to detail and be a quick learner!

  • We’re not looking for mediocre and old-school here. We want someone who has fresh ideas, can work on their own without being micromanaged, and is good at developing and maintaining relationships.

Perfectly Seasoned

  • We are looking for someone who has past experience in customer service.

Well Spoken & Written

  • It goes without saying, but we’ll say it anyway. You’ll need to have strong self-monitoring skills and strong public speaking skills.
  • You will need to be able to clearly articulate and communicate to players on a day to day basis.
  • Knowledge of a wide variety of sports rules and formats is an asset!

Quick On Your Feet

  • Confidence in your ability to take control of a situation with a flair for being resourceful.
  • Strengths in planning, customer service, decision making, and creative problem solving.

Driver's License

  • Valid G Driver's license is mandatory

EXPECTED HOURS

  • You will be working approximately 8-16 hours per week; a combination of in office and remote
  • Shifts will be available between 4:00pm-12:00am EDT Monday-Friday and Saturday/Sunday between 12:00pm-12:00am EDT
  • You will receive your schedule for the month and will work 8-16 hours per week within the designated shifts times noted above

Compensation

All of our CX Associates earn $17.55CAD per hour

Base Rate = $17.55 CAD

  • 100 Shifts (400 hours) = $18.55 CAD
  • 200 Shifts (800 hours) = $19.55 CAD
  • 300 Shifts (1200 hours) = $20.55 CAD
  • 400 Shifts (1600 hours) = $21.55 CAD
  • 500 shifts (2000 hours) = $22.55 CAD
