Our Customer Experience Associates are people-centric, connecting with customers in a relatable way. As a vital part of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your focus is to provide exceptional service throughout the customer journey by:
- Proactively discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requests
- Processing daily transactions
- Nurturing long-standing relationships
- Contributing to branch targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
- Sharing knowledge about mobile banking applications and helping clients manage their banking needs better
